Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic, second class shipping is free. This means that once your item has been processed, and you have received the email marking the item as shipped, it should arrive with you within 2-5 business days.

Delivery upgrades are available at checkout:

First Class aims to deliver the next working day.

Special Delivery will be with you the next day, after the item has been processed (excluding Saturdays) by 1pm, and a tracking number will be provided. 

All items are shipped with Royal Mail, and once with the post office, are beyond my control. 

International Shipping

I currently do not offer international shipping from this website. Instead, please go to, where international shipping is offered. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, this will only include a tracking number where 'special delivery' has been selected. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 week (if shipping via first or second class post) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges


Returns and refunds are offered within 30 days of purchase. You must return the item in its original packaging and condition. Please head to the return policy page for more. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
